BizAI AgentHub: Turn Business Know-How into Digital Employees

Discover how BizAI AgentHub connects Agents, Topics and Tools to build Digital Employees for practical, supervised business work.

Give everyday work a clear path

A new enquiry arrives. Someone needs to understand the requirement, ask the right questions, find the relevant information and hand the opportunity to the right colleague. When this process depends on scattered messages and individual memory, customers wait and your team repeats the same work.

BizAI AgentHub gives you a place to turn that business knowledge into an AI agent with a defined purpose, Topics that guide its work and Tools that connect it to business operations. Digital Employees add an operational role, supervision and visibility into assigned work.

For a business owner, the opportunity is practical: make routine work more consistent, help people spend less time gathering information and keep responsibility visible as automation grows.

Agents, Topics and Tools: three building blocks

The Agent defines who is helping and what they are there to do. In AgentHub, you configure the agent’s profile, instructions and safeguards. A sales assistant and an internal support assistant can have different responsibilities, even when they use the same underlying AI technology.

Topics define how a particular conversation or task should progress. You can use trigger phrases, collect information, branch according to conditions, call actions and hand work to a person. A “New sales enquiry” Topic might collect the customer’s requirements and decide whether the next step is more information or a sales handoff. A separate “Existing customer support” Topic can follow a different process.

Tools give the agent specific operations it can perform. AgentHub exposes capabilities and Actions that can be assigned to an agent. These connect the conversation to permitted business functions. What an agent can actually read or change depends on its assigned capabilities, access policies and configured integrations.

A useful way to remember it

Agent = the role. Topic = the playbook. Tool = the permitted action. Together, they connect a customer’s request to a repeatable way of handling it.

Configure an Agent, guide its work with Topics and assign permitted Tools. A Digital Employee adds supervision and limits, while the Work Inbox shows assignment status.

A sales enquiry, from first message to handoff

Consider a service business that receives enquiries with incomplete requirements. Here is an illustrative configuration you could build around its process:

  1. Create a Sales Enquiry Agent. Give it instructions on your services, the information to collect and when a salesperson must take over.
  2. Add a qualification Topic. Ask about the customer’s need, scope and preferred next step. Branch when important details are missing.
  3. Assign the relevant Tools. With the required capabilities and integrations configured, let the agent look up permitted information or record the enquiry in the appropriate business system.
  4. Keep commitments under control. Route exceptions and decisions such as special pricing to a person instead of treating a generated reply as approval.
  5. Hand over a useful summary. Give the salesperson the information already gathered so the next conversation can move forward.

The potential benefit is a more complete enquiry and a cleaner handoff. Validate that benefit by measuring missing information, response time and the amount of follow-up your team still needs. This is a proposed workflow, not a claim about a deployed customer result.

Digital Employees bring responsibility into the picture

An agent describes a capability. A Digital Employee gives that capability a place in your operating model. BizAI supports Digital Employee records with a linked agent, role, department, supervisor, goals, working hours, approval policy and task or cost limits.

This helps you answer the questions that matter when AI becomes part of daily operations: Who owns this work? When should it run? Which decisions require a person? What is waiting, and what needs attention?

The Digital Employee Work Inbox brings active assignments, waiting work, exceptions and completed items into one view. Work can be waiting for a customer, a human decision or an external response. That distinction helps a supervisor see why an assignment has not finished and where intervention is needed.

Start with a role your team can explain clearly—for example, an enquiry coordinator or internal service assistant. Set its responsibilities and limits around that job. Digital Employees work best as supervised members of a process with a named human accountable for the outcome.

Where your business could use AgentHub

  • Sales intake: collect requirements, qualify enquiries and prepare a structured handoff so your sales team starts with useful context.
  • Customer service: collect issue details, consult permitted information and direct exceptions to the right person.
  • Internal requests: guide staff through recurring requests, gather required fields and route decisions for review.
  • Operations coordination: organize a defined assignment and make waiting states or exceptions visible to a supervisor.

These are starting points for configuration. The right scope depends on your business rules, data access and available integrations. Begin with work that is frequent, well understood and straightforward to review.

AgentHub also includes testing, evaluations, approval management and release controls. Use them to try representative requests—including incomplete or unexpected ones—before expanding access or responsibility.

Start with one role and a measurable outcome

You do not need to redesign your entire business to evaluate BizAI. Choose one workflow, name its owner and agree what a useful result looks like. Bring a few realistic requests, the information needed to answer them and the rules that require human approval.

Then compare the configured process with your current one. Track completion quality, turnaround time, human review effort and total operating cost. Faster responses are valuable when they also lead to accurate, usable work.
