With over 20 years of experience in software development and training, three passionate techies – Shakeel Ali, Jamila Ali, and Rumana Malak set out to solve a critical gap faced by enterprises: the struggle to get robust, domain specific software built and delivered on time.
The name “Leadows” originated from a blend of “Linux” (Li -> Lea) and “Windows,” reflecting the vision to develop cross-platform solutions. Unexpectedly, the company evolved into a leader in Windows-based technologies and now delivers solutions across all major operating systems and devices.
Starting with fewer than five employees, Shakeel, Jamila and Rumana poured their passion into a shared vision for growth with digital transformation. Within a month, they secured their first project, paving the way for remarkable opportunities.
