We have built a drag-and-drop no-code, low-code chatbot builder that helps businesses build chatbots rapidly for multiple channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, RCS, WebChat, etc. The engine is built with scalability in mind. The engine runs on cloud and can be deployed on-premise. The engine handles long running chatbot state per-user, per-channel. The engine records conversational logs.

Nephro OPD Management System
We have built an OPD management system for Nephrologists. It works in two modes: LAN and Cloud together. All data entries by doctors happen on LAN database and then get synced to cloud. LAN system helps doctors to use the applications without internet connection, whereas, the cloud sync makes it easy of doctors to work from different locations. Today, this application is being used by multiple doctors from different geographical locations.

We have built highly scalable APIs to send bulk SMS and RCS messages at very high rate. This system is used by organisations to generates OTPs from their Online Retail, ERP and CRM applications.
